Jessica Halfant serves as the Operations Manager at Starr Family Jewish Day School, where she works behind the scenes to help keep the school running smoothly. Passionate about creating an environment where students, families, and faculty can thrive, Jessica enjoys bringing ideas to life, solving challenges, and supporting the day-to-day operations that allow the school community to flourish.

With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, business management, and communications, Jessica brings a strategic mindset and a heart for serving the school community. She believes that when the behind-the-scenes details are taken care of, teachers can teach, students can learn, and families can feel at home.

Jessica loves being part of a close-knit school community where every student is known, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. She is passionate about helping Starr JDS grow, welcoming new families, and sharing the school’s story with the broader San Antonio community.
