Eitan Munoz (Coach E) was born and raised in San Antonio and is a product of the Jewish community, as early as Gan Gani Preschool. He attended and completed studies at the EKA and went on to graduate from Churchill High School, cum laude, and with speech honors.

In 2015, he made Aliyah to Israel. It was at that time he enlisted in the IDF, where he served in Shiryon (Armored Corps) until April 2018, when he fulfilled his full military service with an honorable discharge. Eitan returned to the United States where he has committed himself to the betterment of the Jewish community in which he is a part of.

This will mark his first year teaching and he is very excited to inspire the youth of SJDS the importance and fun of physical activity and disciplines. When Coach E is not teaching PE in grades K-8, he is working as the Office Assistant for the Administration.
