Morah Malkie Marrus is a dedicated educator with more than 25 years of experience nurturing young learners and fostering a love of Jewish life and learning. She earned her teaching degree from Beth Rivka Teachers Seminary in Brooklyn, New York, and began her career teaching elementary students at the R’Tzad School in Brooklyn.

After moving to San Antonio in 1998, Morah Malkie spent 24 years in early childhood education, helping build strong foundations for countless young children and their families. She has since returned to the elementary classroom, where she enjoys sharing the beauty, wisdom, and relevance of Judaism while creating a warm, engaging environment where every student can thrive.

Morah Malkie and her husband, Rabbi Yossi Marrus, are the proud parents of six children and grandparents to one grandchild.
