Mrs. Sarah Endzweig, affectionately known by students as “Mrs. E,” has been a dedicated member of the Starr Family Jewish Day School community since 2013. In 2025, she proudly stepped into the role of Principal, bringing with her years of classroom experience, educational leadership, and a deep passion for helping every child thrive.

Mrs. E earned her degree in Psychology with a concentration in Special Education from Touro College in Brooklyn, New York, and is a Texas Certified EC–6 educator. Her background has equipped her with the skills to meet the unique learning needs of every student while fostering a classroom environment where children feel supported, challenged, and inspired.

Prior to joining Starr JDS, Mrs. E taught fourth grade at Hebrew Academy of Margate, where she developed a strong foundation in differentiated instruction and a love for helping students reach their full potential. She enjoys encouraging students to challenge themselves through academic enrichment opportunities, including educational competitions and creative learning experiences that build confidence and a lifelong love of learning.

As Principal, Mrs. E is committed to nurturing a school culture where academic excellence, Jewish values, and joyful learning go hand in hand. She believes every child has unique strengths and is passionate about helping students grow into confident learners, compassionate leaders, and proud members of the Jewish community.
